One Night has gotten into its first film festival! The Port Townsend Film Festival, September 28th through the 30th, has accepted the film. Michael was there last year for Room 314, and he can attest that it's a great, well-run, filmmaker-friendly festival. If you happen to be in the Seattle area on those dates, come check it out and say hi -- Michael will definitely be there again!

We've now got a date for the fundraiser we're doing for our documentary Nikki -- Tuesday, October 16th, which just so happens to be Rett Syndrome Awareness Day. More information will follow on ticket prices and purchasing information, but all proceeds will go toward Rett Syndrome research, so we encourage you to attend! Also, if you're interested in helping out in any way, please let us know!

Other One Night news: Aaron Staton, who played Leroy in One Night, is a series regular on the critically acclaimed series MAD MEN, on Thursdays at 10PM on AMC. The series was created by Matthew Weiner, one of the executive producers and writers of The Sopranos, and is some of the best TV you'll see around. Set your DVRs! You'll also be able tp catch Aaron in The Nanny Diaries (release date August 24th) and August Rush (release date November 21st).Be well, be merry, be peaceful.
